MerryMotions provides a platform that allows users to create personalized Christmas video cards by uploading photos and customizing templates. Our service includes:

User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Content Ownership
You must own or have permission to use all photos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of generating your video cards.

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All payments are one-time purchases unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content for video generation purposes only.
Our Content
All templates, designs, software, and other materials provided by MerryMotions are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Generated Videos
You own the final video generated from your photos. You may use, share, and distribute your generated videos as you wish.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MerryMotions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
Changes to Terms
